Education Quote

The quote is saying education should apply to everyday life not just in the classroom. It's important to be able to use math, English, reading, writing, and language arts in everday life. I believe that the quote is also preeching that without education their can be no knowledge. Education also can shape who we become in the future.

I apply everythign I learn in school in my life everyday. I read on my own time and learn knew vocabulary that will also increase my writing skills. Without my education I wouldn't know what my passion is because in school we are able to touch bases with a lot of diffrent things: such as writing. reading old literature, science, math.

Real Life Quote

Today's Alumni lack certain skills that will help them become successful after SPA. They need communication, organization, and independent skills. They need these skills to have a balanced life. They also need these skills to keep order of medical related things as well as money related things.

Alumni gain these skills at SPA by getting a job and saving money while gaining work experience. Also the YES program has a lot of good information and workshops that prepare the Alumni before they leave.

I believe that I have good (stable) communication skills. I gained these skills from reading. By reading I was able to express myself in a respectful manner. I feel that all you need to know lies in a book. Also talking to people who have read about such things.
